B. C.I rented a two bedroom flat from Roger in Southampton through an advert I found on Gumtree. From the first day that I met the landlord, Roger, he was polite and courteous. We agreed on a fair price for the area, I signed the lease and ever since me and my girlfriend have felt like a part of the extended family.
Roger was always quick with a response anytime that I had an issue with the apartment, mostly via the phone. There were very few issues with the apartment in the first place as it had been taken care of by Roger and was relatively recently refurbished. When the occasional issue arose, Roger was on top of it within the day and had maintenance people fixing the issue within 24 hours. He is an understanding and fair landlord as long as the tenant pays the rent. He is also quite courteous, making sure that when my girlfriend was the only one home, that no maintenance person was left alone inside with her.
On my side, I took care of his property, paid my rent on time, and left the flat in the same or even better condition than when I moved in. Roger is profoundly fair and takes pride in his properties. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a landlord. I would not only recommend him as a landlord, I would even let my mother and grandmother rent from him if the situation arose. I can't say enough nice things to do him justice.

I needed a place quickly due to University commitments and within a day Roger had found me a place. The guys who work for Roger (maintenance crew) are really a good bunch of guys. Well done Roger keep up the good work!
