It has been a very emotional and sad year for my whole family, full of heartache and pain, part of this journey involved selling a very loved and precious family home. After approaching various Estate agents it became very obvious that Austin & Wyatt in Shirley were the most genuine. The process started with meeting Scott Jones. Scott really understood how much of a wrench selling this beloved family home would be, he delivered an incredible and sensitive service which resulted in the house being swiftly sold. Once sold we worked with Sarah Mills, Sarah also took the time to support us and assist in every aspect of the house sale. We would like to recommend the whole team working at Austin & Wyatt who really listened to us and we think they are just an Amazing Estate Agent.

The team at Shirley - Sarah, Natalie and Scott were all amazing, very professional but also very friendly. We dealt predominantly with Sarah but If she was not available Natalie or Scott were always able to help or pass on messages. Calls were always returned and Sarah was also very helpful with advice regarding the house we were purchasing through another agent who were absolutely appallling. More professional and well organised than other local estate agents. They keep you well informed, are helpful as regards timing of visits, and liaise well on any subsequent arrangements or action needed. The photography for the sale brochure is excellent, too. Having a waiting list of potential buyers with funding in place meant that our house sold within a day. The conveyancers attached (Conveyancing Connect) are also very good - although all online, their service is very efficient and responsive. Warm recommendation.

They worked with us to get us the quick sale we wanted at a price we were happy with. Within three weeks we had accepted an offer.
