Kathryn and her team have always been quick to respond and I particularly appreciated the manner in which they dealt with any issues by calling me or the tenants first rather than emailing. Understanding the urgency of the problem (heating issues/ leaks etc) is way better with a quick call as opposed to a faceless email that says ‘boilers broken so we’ve sent plumber round to fix it’. After ten years we decided to sell and it seemed only right that Brambles managed the sale for us. Again great service from Ryan and his team. The sale process is alway fraught with difficulties and delays but the process was well managed and I was kept informed and updated at regular intervals. A great working relationship for over ten years and would thoroughly recommend Brambles for Lettings and Sales.
