We used Charters for their Lettings side of the agency. A seamless service starting with Adam, Lettings Manager, who was understanding of our needs, patient and courteous whilst dealing with several generations of the family, all new to the landlord game! Clear communications all the way, nothing too much trouble, no question too stupid! Adam was clear that our property was not the norm, managed our expectations, knew the market, tenant now in. Delighted with the service received and would highly recommend, definitely 5* worthy!
