A. L.Have been renting the same property since 2011. They have gone above and beyond with their customer care. Nothing has ever been too much for anyone associated with Clear. I rented a custom built studio flat (bed out the wall jobbie) Did have a major problem when part of the bed broke (through age) flat was built in the 80s and the company that made the pull down bed had long since vanished. Had to have a complete new bed, wardrobe combination. Clear kept me informed with everything. Only other problems were minor and when I phoned someone was always out to me the same day. Unlike other estate/letting agents they also leave you alone completely. None of the check ups to make sure you are keeping it spotless!! Darren and co, using the treat you like adults and trust you. Cannot recommend Clear highly enough. 👍
