I moved with Enfields (Southampton Shirley branch) in December 2020. I couldn’t recommend them more they handled both the sale of my property and purchase of the new property. All staff involved from our valuation (which was straightforward and honest), viewings (timely and polite staff), completion of sale and purchase were extremely professional and efficient. Which is even more remarkable considering the overwhelmed market and new Covid restrictions to abide by. Sam who managed the completion and everything involved was especially helpful and couldn’t of done anything more. Although initially we felt that the selling price offered was on the low side, other local estate agents who quoted higher either did not return our calls, or were unprofessional when they viewed the property and then never followed through with information. Enfields always answered the phone politely (unlike some!) kept us informed at each stage either by phone or in writing, and were always understanding of our needs and expectations. They managed to sell at the asking price, twice within a week of the property being on sale. Sam Binnington was crucial to achieve this. The property was marketed efficiently - multiple viewings were arranged quickly, and it was obvious that Enfields had good knowledge of the Southampton area.
