Personally, they are the best estate/letting agents I have ever dealt with. The professionalism of all staff members of the lettings team are a credit to the business. These sort of qualities should be exercised by all agents. But then again, if they were all the same, no one would be able to tell between the good and the bad.
They are quick to answer questions and responding to emails, unlike the letting agent I am currently with.
I would recommend this agent to anyone looking to either rent or buy property. Amazing service. Pay rises all round I say.

Whilst the property was not one that we decided we would take, Emma, the lady who took us round and spoke with us was amazing.
She was friendly, understanding, helpful and so honest. Not many estate agents are bluntly honest, but Emma was. She told us exactly how it was and what we should do. If more estate agents were like her rather than lying to get a sale and being dishonest I think people in general would like estate agents a lot more. Emma understood our position and said she would do what she could do help us which we were more than grateful for.

B. M.I was looking for accommodation at a short notice, and found an ad with Fox & Sons. After booking a viewing, I went to view the room and met Harry Hodges, who is a young and very energetic person. He was very honest about everything and told me the procedure of letting. The same day he called me to let me know that the landlord has agreed to let the room. Next was the reference check, which took a little bit of time due to the reference checking agency not being able to contact the right referees, which concerned me. But Harry kept communicating with me daily and made sure that I was able to move on time, despite the peak renting period.
