From start to finish the service I received from Fox and Sons could not be faulted, especially Holly. As someone who is purchasing their first property, and with little knowledge, Holly was here to help, explain and guide. Always at the end of an email, and very positive through a very stressful time. Everyone needs a Holly when getting a mortgage, and buying a house. The professionalism and quality from Fox and Sons was top tier, and would recommend anyone looking to buy or rent a property to go through them.

I was looking for accommodation at a short notice, and found an ad with Fox & Sons. After booking a viewing, I went to view the room and met Harry Hodges, who is a young and very energetic person. He was very honest about everything and told me the procedure of letting. The same day he called me to let me know that the landlord has agreed to let the room. Next was the reference check, which took a little bit of time due to the reference checking agency not being able to contact the right referees, which concerned me. But Harry kept communicating with me daily and made sure that I was able to move on time, despite the peak renting period. I would like to thank the lettings teams, especially Harry, at Fox & Sons for helping me move in swiftly and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent. Well, what can I say about Fox and Sons, London Road, Southampton branch? Personally, they are the best estate/letting agents I have ever dealt with. The professionalism of all staff members of the lettings team are a credit to the business. These sort of qualities should be exercised by all agents. But then again, if they were all the same, no one would be able to tell between the good and the bad.
