Homelife Lettings were very helpful for when I was looking for a home last October. They showed me a large (practically studio-sized!) double bedroom in Portswood Southampton and made the process very simple to sign on. HomeLife also made it very clear from the start what my rights, and their rights were as tenant and landlord, which I found reassuring. The staff are very friendly and were happy to help with anything, and maintenance and response was very fast.

Had a really good experience with Homelife lettings They're very quick to sort out maintenance problems (usually within 24hrs of filing an issue). They also keep us updated via email which is helpful. Overall, have been very impressed with them as a letting agency (especially in comparison to what some other students have to go through!) I had a great experience with Homelife Lettings. I was renting a property with them for 4 years. The moving in process was smooth, the rent was fair and my apartment was great. I had a few maintenance issues over the years, as expected, but the maintenance team always responded very quickly. The office were always very helpful with any enquiries. I recently moved out, all of my deposit was returned and the property manager Georgie was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with this process.

Home life came as a recommendation from a friend who lived in one of the housers for 3 years I’ve been here 2 years now. Couldn’t praise them enough, staff in the office are fantastic and are extremely helpful. In house Maintenance team very quick in dealing with any issues that we have had.

I stayed with homelife for four years. No troubling issues happened at all! They were always correct and reachable, I could always make reasonable agreements. My only concern was that the staff changed a lot over the four years and they seam to make decisions about their procedures without telling you sometimes. Other than that I was happy to stay with them and would recommend them, but keep an eye out how things are done and what has changed in the agency since you signed your contract.

We’ve been in a student house for the past two and a half years, so far so good, a couple of issues with the boiler, with the help of Lisa the office manager and maintenance manger Woj it was replaced within a few days of it breaking down. Must say this was excellent service would highly recommend them!!!!

Good and prompt service in various aspects. Don't know why other tenants made relatively low remarks. IMHO, this is unfair. For example, my refrigerator ceased to work during the Easter holiday, and after notifying them regarding this, they replaced it with a brand new refrigerator within a day instead of trying to fix it, which would be a lot cheaper for them!

I had an accidental electrical fire (even the the fire brigade said it was a dodgy electrical extension and fortunately no one one was hurt and it was no ones fault. If a fault had to be placed somewhere then it would be with the company that made the extension cable. Unfortunately I they have a right to find me somewhere to live as I'm a tq enant and they have a copy of the fire report. Now they are saying they do not have no where available for me And its been over a month since I have been allowed in the property due to unfit safety. I have not been able to get any of my stuff a change if clothes or wash stuff or compensation to get new stuff. What I want to know is how the fuse box wasnt tripped and the fire was allowed to start. Unacceptable
