What a pleasure dealing with the staff at Kings. One of the easiest moves I’ve done, from application to completion of contract. Comprehensive list of requirements from my side and once submitted, regular updates from the agent. Always available to take my (many) calls and happy to deal with queries and needs pertaining to property in question, such as necessary painting and cleaning prior to moving in. Excellent estate agents - many thanks to Ryan Cherry and the team who have all been extremely helpful during the tenancy in a studio apartment in Southampton. From the initial contact in helping us find suitable accommodation remotely, providing virtual tours and responding so promptly to all our enquiries - though to viewings and agreeing the tenancy, their professionalism and helpful manner has been outstanding. An issue with overpayment (mistake on my part) was addressed immediately and there was no delay whatsoever in the return of funds or the deposit. I would highly recommend this agency and would not hesitate to use them again in future!

I have a student let in SO17 that Kings have managed for 5 years now. Compared to trying to do it myself, they have been so much better - they find tenants, collect and pass on rent and deal with all those plumbing/electric queries etc. without fuss and at reasonable cost, I have been most impressed by their service. Me and my wife, Guada, had been searching for a place to live in Southampton since March. There were many agencies whom we had kept in touch as they advertised vacancies in their companies but we hardly got any response from them. Others responded to us initially but there was no response on our follow ups. It could may have been the covid-19 issue. Then one day, 12th of May, we received an email from KIRSTY HALLOWAY of Kings Estate Southampton asking if we still need a property. Of course we did. My wife likes to communicate by phone and usually it was SULLY AHMED who's on the other line. He was the one who helped us go through the process until we got the agreement signed. He contacted us on regular basis as to the response of the landlord on our wish of the terms of agreement and to the completion of our documents needed in the rental agreement as well. . Me and my wife were surprised because this agency treated us as if there was no lock down. We don't have to chase them , in contrary, we were well informed of the updates of the property that we wanted. Our utmost thanks for him and the team in King Estate Southampton for acquiring the property which we direly needed this month. Great service is always the key to success and King Estate Southampton provided that. Thanks again.
