Very satisfied with the service I have received from Leaders as a tenant. Lauren Whitehead and Ollie Collins in particular have been extremely helpful and responsive, I've never had to wait for a response from them and any issues I have encountered they have dealt with quickly, efficiently, and have always been polite and friendly. It's exactly what you would expect from a decent lettings agency!

I've rented with Leaders for almost a year now and so far, they have always been very professional, friendly and efficient when dealing with my queries or any problems/maintenance issues that have come up. Special thanks to Ash for helping me get everything set up in the beginning and to Adriana who is now managing the property I'm renting and has taken immediate action to solve any problems that came up. :) You have made the process of moving to a new place as smooth as it can be. I have had my fair share of bad experiences when dealing with other lettings agencies and therefore highly recommend Leaders for their excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

When I first became a tenant of leaders my property manager was difficult to contact, did not resolve any issues, was never available for calls, never returned calls, and seemed unbothered by key issues. However towards the end of my tenancy my property manager has changed to Adriana, who is incredibly helpful. Adriana is responsive and deals with problems quickly and efficiently. In addition to the above I have found Adriana to communicate well including keeping you updated with repairs etc. Overall, while my initial experience was not pleasant and was very frustrating, I feel that the service I received from Adriana redeemed my opinion of Leaders and I would in future rent from them again.

Vicky Wood who is my Property Manager is very Professional, diligent and effective. Always friendly and understanding, making me a very happy Landlord indeed, and has kept me renting through Leaders because of her, as she takes the stress out of it. In fact the whole team at Leaders (Bitterne)are excellent, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend the company.

Leaders have always been extremely helpful, especially as we live abroad. They have been prompt to respond to emails and organise any works that need doing at the property. In addition to this, they always work hard to keep us informed of changes as soon as they happen. They are always enthusiastic and helpful when re letting properties also. Vicky is always ready to answer emails and phone calls to help us keep our property let and in a good condition. Thank you Leaders - we could not do this without you!

We have had good experiences with Leaders so far but we feel like we always have to chase to get a response from them. When we contact we get told we will receive a call back we never do we always been the one calling them back. Lauren is our Property manager . She is professional and very quick in sorting out If there is any problem with our property that needs to be sorted but it would be better if we didn’t had to keep chasing for any updates for issue or query we raise. We understand some issue does take a bit of time to be solved but updates along the way would be better. We have to keep chasing for an update which is very frustrating. Communications between the team seems lacking but other than that we are happy with Lauren and Team.

Leaders give an exceptional service and answer all my questions, as well as managing the property on my behalf, thinking of all the things I would have missed!
