Having recently emigrated to the UK, we found that trying to find rentals, especially pet friendly ones, was a nightmare. Generally the estate agents were particularly unhelpful and dismissive, as if my business was not good enough. Not so Justin and team. We first had a virtual tour of the property due to COVID which was good enough that we were tempted to take the property there and then - We decided to wait for a full viewing and as soon as allowed, we then had the full viewing.
