Recently let my cottage through the lovely ladies at M&M lettings and found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional... this being the second set of tenants they have found me and each time I couldn’t ask for better service. Fees are very reasonable and transparent. They have also arranged my landlord’s gas safety certificate, having sourced me an excellent gas engineer; both myself and my tenants extremely happy. Cannot fault the service I have received and happy to recommend the M&M team unreservedly.

We have used the services of M M Lettings both as Landlords and Tenants. The professionalism of the team there goes way and beyond the norm . Having recently rented from them again I can only express how they made sure our move was smooth and went without problems . Negative comments from other reviewers should be ignored . I speak as I find and can only add that they are a brilliant team, Find out for yourselves , do not listen to people who's problems were probably from their own makings . After all they only carry out the landlords instructions .

I am a very experienced landlord with large residentials and commercials property portfolios so I have dealt with servral letting agents in last 25 years . I was recommended MM sales and lettings to fully manage my entire portfolios so I approached them more than 2 years ago , I am please to say that was one of the best decision I have ever made because the directors and staffs were very professional and the same time very friendly and extremely approachable . The services they provide are the best I have ever experienced, they make sure the properties are clean and suitable for living . The also do inspection every 3 months and make sure the tenants are happy there and report any work needs landlord attention . I keep getting lots of good reports and comments from my tenants about MM lettings and also their administration charges for landlords and tenants are very reasonable and alot less than other agents . I honestly can say MM sales and lettings are the one when it comes to rent or sale your property . WELL DONE 👍 YOU

I've just moved into a property that's managed by MM Lettings, it was a very stress free experience and it was a much better transition than I have previously experienced using other Letting Agents. All the ladies in the Office are welcoming and incredibly helpful.
