Having dealt with a couple letting agencies in the past, I can confidently say that my experience with Morris Dibben was excellent! Rose and Emily both helped me through the whole process, gave me all the information so that I could make informed choices, answered my questions very quickly even on weekends and overall made the whole process go very smoothly. I have no complains.

Rose in particular was very sensitive, inclusive and informative. A welcome change to the hostile experience from estate agents at the moment when viewing houses as a prospective buyer. This was my first time dealing with an agency and it made me so comfortable and happy to find Laura that helped me throughout the whole process of renting. She answered all of my questions and the people at the Morrison Dibben agency put me in contact with her all the time,and helped me with my inquiries even when she wasn’t available to take my calls. They are amazing when it comes to creating a care free process for the renters and it made me more open when it comes to renting with an agency. They did all the checks and made sure i’m settling well in the new home,delivering all of the documents in time and been really open to explaining the costs of every detail that i’ve asked for. My negotiator Laura, and the rest of the team made the process as quick and painless as possible. They arranged for me to drop off documents at an office local to my old house when my car broke down, hand delivered spare keys and documents, and carried out urgent repairs the next day. Extremely helpful people! There was a time issue with some of the paperwork and they really rushed it through for me. They were helping me every step of the way and they even managed to have me sign some paperwork in a Countrywide letting agency back home (North Wales) before I moved. Alison and Ian are absolutely wonderful at what they do and they really try to make it as smooth a move as possible for you. I would 100% recommend them if you're moving to the area.
