I moved into my own flat quite recently and was really impressed by the help I received from Katie. The customer service and professionalism shown was second to none. Katie was prompt in responding to any queries I may have had, and was very friendly and helpful at putting me at ease whilst viewing properties, and made the moving process as easy as possible. Additionally, Katie was very prompt and helpful during the sign up and referencing process, and was always on hand to answer questions. Katie continues to be a great help if I have any questions concerning my property. I cannot commend Katie and Morris Dibben enough, fantastic service!

When I contacted Morris Dibben about a room to move into that was within my price range they got everything turned around in an incredibly short space of time while keeping me in the loop through the entire process. I know at least one of the employees came in on their day off to help sort me out as well. The service here is world's apart from any letting agency I have seen before in Portsmouth so I would recommend considering Morris Dibben if you are looking for a new place to live for sure.
