New Forest Sales and Lettings have been impeccable since we first contacted them 4 years ago to find a rental property near to the New Forest. Della and the team made the whole process very easy. The property was so good that we have remained ever since! Since then they have always been professional and prompt in replying to enquiries. Karen, in particular as our main contact, has been superb and always looked after our needs. I can wholeheartedly recommend New Forest Sales and Lettings.

They have always found us high quality tenants and deal very effectively with all the legal aspects of the tenancies and managing the properties. There is minimum stress for us and rental payments are made promptly which greatly helps our cash flow. New Forest Sales and Lettings have also supported the sale of two of our properties which were completed with minimum fuss. Their rates for rent and sale are very competitive and they offer very good value for money. The business is run very competently by an experienced team .

After a most unpleasant experience with another local company that left us feeling disillusioned and rather battered, it was refreshing to realise that not all companies conducted their business in the same way.
