They are very helpful and professional. Ollie Simango, lettings person at Nicholas Humpreys helped me find a tenant . From the word go he communicated well with me, came to take the photos of the flat and kept me updated in terms of progress. They found me a tenant sooner than I thought and I wished I had got in touch with them earlier. I spoke to the owner of estate agent once and he also was very pleasant and polite to me. I will definitely use them in future. Ollie was professional, professionally dressed when he came to meet me and tool his time to explain everything. Their service was tenant finding and they send files, funds once all was done in a timely manner . Thank you so much guys

I am a potential new franchisee coming into the Nicholas Humphreys Franchise and I spend a day in the Southampton branch with Bhav and Adrian. Both were very supportive and helped me out a lot. I went and views some properties, took pictures and both were very happy to answer any questions I had. Choosing Nicholas Humphreys was made clear to be the best decision from the first house viewing. Housing is great, perfect for me to live in. Modern style, great kitchen, bedrooms are a decent size as well. Contracts are very well developed and easy to control and understand. Staff are great to work with and have helped me very well with finding a house.

I’ve found that Bhav and his team were very efficient with finding me a house to rent especially being a student and having specific requirements. I found difficulties with my first house that I rented through them in regards to the landlord and Bhav quickly found a new house for me and made it very easy for me surrounding this.
