M. R.We recently sold and purchased a property with SBK. From the first meeting until completion I could not fault their work ethic. Every step we where updated with a professional manner. We didn't have a solicitor so they recommended Hana at Setfords. She was brilliant ensuring everything was ready for exchanging and then completion. A big shout out to Peter also tirelessly chasing buyers, estate agents and solicitors to ensure everyone was on the same page. I don't think we could have picked a better estate agents to go with. Our experience of estate agents in the past has not been the most positive however, SBK were outstanding. The communication from beginning to end was great, ensuring we always knew exactly what was going on and making what could have been a stressful experience a smooth process.
The staff were very helpful and the thoughtful gifts after we had completed were a really lovely touch. I would not hesitate to recommend SBK to anyone buying or selling.

M.I must confess that when we first put our house on the market I wasn't convinced that any agent was really going to justify the fees that would be paid to them when the property sold based on the work involved on their part. Having worked closely with Phil and Peter through the sales process, as well as onward purchase, I can honestly say that they earned every single penny and then some. These guys are in a different class to any estate agent I've ever dealt with before. They have a first class approach to everything they do, and most important of all you can tell they absolutely love selling houses for their clients.
