My contract was initially for 6 months and at very last minute I needed to extend my contract for an additional one month and tenant link was very accommodating. The process was easy and went smoothly. They are quick to respond via email and phone. Overall I had a great experience with Tenant link.

We found the moving in process very easy, and every renewal of our contract has been straightforward. We have always had a good amount of notice for property inspections, and if we have ever asked for any work to be carried out on the property it has been done in a timely manner.
We haven't had to check out of any property with Tenant link as of yet as we hope to continue letting our property for some time. We continue to look after the property, and I'm sure if and when the time comes the team will be helpful.
