White & Guard were truly sensational at handling the purchase of our house - which was all down to our port of call there, Michaela. The generosity with her time, patience & professionalism was second to none. I not only recommend the agents but absolutely her! She was able to provide everything we needed & more & I couldn’t have asked for anything else. To my utter surprise when we completed, they gave us a bunch of beautiful flowers which says it all.

I've just purchased a house through White & Guard in Bishops Waltham. I was able to make an appointment to view the house at a time convenient for me (when other agents were only holding restricted open days) and the agent who showed me around the property was professional and courteous. Once the sale was agreed Leanna was proactive in dealing with any hiccups that happened along the way, in order to keep things moving and kept in touch with me throughout to make sure I was kept informed. Leanna went above and beyond to get things done and I felt reassured that she was regularly chasing Solicitors to get the sale through to completion. Excellent service throughout. Thank you.

An absolute breath of fresh air. Having used another estate agent prior to White & Guard, and had a less than great experience I was sceptical. But the team at White & Guard Bishops Waltham work seriously hard for their commission. Michaela was a dream to liaise with. The communication, flexibility and honest transparency made dealing with Michaela and the whole team an absolute pleasure. They went above and beyond to make sure they knew every detail of the property before they even opened the doors on viewing. I can't speak highly enough of the team and the service we received from them throughout our house buying experience. White and Guard were not even our agent, they were working for the people whose house we were buying and yet they still dedicated themselves to supporting us as much as their actual client! Leanna, our sales progress or was an absolute dream. She worked long long hours to make sure everything continued to run as smoothly as possible and always responded very rapidly to emails (even on her day off!) On the day of completion, there was a hold up with the release of the keys and the team invited me into the office to wait and offered me a cuppa. When it became apparent that I was going to be waiting a long time, they sent me off to the new house to unpack the vans and drove the keys to the house for me once they had permission to release them!
