My circumstances then changed and I chose to let my property instead. Becoming a landlord was new to me and my mind was put at ease about the process.
I have found that all of the staff members in both sales and lettings were helpful and knowledgeable. Any problems I have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. My only suggestion for improvement would be to be more forthcoming with information before a seller or landlord needs to ask for it. For example, knowing whether a tenant has moved in on the set date and if they have settled in well.
