I would definitely recommend Your Move, but in particular Hayley!! She helped me non stop what seemed like the longest 10 months ever!! She done everything she could to help me find a house, answered very very quickly and dealt with anything I asked (even while working from home). After a number of times I got turned away she was always so positive and helpful in any way she could be. Hayley made my experience finding a house very easy and relaxing. Without her I would of given up on my search but she worked her magic and got me a house in a lovely location. Overall good experience with Your Move service and agents. We rented a property under full management by Your Move, and we felt like they were fair and balanced in their dealing with us and the landlord. Apart from a few instances, repairs were logged and carried out promptly. We mostly communicated with Emma and Maureen, who always dealt with our enquiries quickly which we really appreciated. At the end of the tenancy, we put the effort in leaving the property in a lovely state, and we were glad that this was appreciated as we received our full deposit back, and in a matter of days too. I suggest Your Move Estate Agents who is looking for a place to accommodate. Especially Lauren helped me a lot in the agency. She gave me full information in the beginning of renting procedure and there was no surprise in terms of deposit, commission, utilities at home etc. It is a trustworthy agent and the employees are honest.

Have just moved into a great flat through Your Move. Everyone at Your Move was very helpful throughout the entire process and were quick to give advice or other options when needed. Hayley was managing our move and she was brilliant. Your Move offer help setting up bills and council tax which is really helpful and provide a detailed inventory. The reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that the way they do their references is outsourced to Experian, and is a long winded and complicated process. Apart from this everything was great and we are very happy with our new flat!

Luke has gone above and beyond every time i visit the branch! I have recently had a leak at my property, along with a broken boiler in the recent terrible weather. I was put in contact with Maureen Whittle who manages the property maintenance. Not only has she been methodical, consise and extremely organised, but has also taken the time to talk me through various aspects of the repairs and reassured me that everything will be fine and has really gone above and beyond what I expected. As a distance landlord opting for the fully managed service, I am very impressed and now realise that this is what should be expected of any property management company. A true asset to YourMove.
