Thank you for your prompt response when our boiler failed last month. Your engineer, Patrick, was as efficient as ever in identifying the fault and immediately organising the parts needed. He returned as soon as the parts were available and repaired the boiler quickly. We really appreciate for his meticulous work, on a boiler he has regularly serviced, and the other plumbing jobs he has done for us over many years.

I have recently had my utility room totally refurbished, a shower room installed and a new boiler from Brenden Fern. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of work is fantastic and the whole team have been brilliant. Frazer who completed the plastering has done a superb job, and whilst I do not know the names of the rest of the team, they have all been fantastic. Chris, the project manager has been amazing, really helpful and has given us great advice , which was a real help during the initial planning. Communication has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Brenden Fern Ltd. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Fantastic company - had my bathroom done by them after it being done poorly by an independent plumber. The difference is night and day, workmanship is top notch, I won't be using anyone else for other jobs I have planned. There is always someone who can do it "cheaper" but always best to go with the proffesionals as I have now found out 👍

We needed some professional work for our downstairs bathroom after a cowboy builder left us with a few problems. BF Ltd were great. They came in, assessed what needed to be done, listened to our needs and added the materials we'd purchased for the job. Unlike other people that had come in, they didn't try to talk us out of what we wanted or where we wanted to put it. The team of different trades came in when they needed to, left our house clean each time, their work was meticulous and perfect. We couldn't be happier with our renovation and wouldn't hesitate to instruct them again in helping us on our next project.

This is an excellent company with wonderful old-fashioned values of service and professionalism. I needed help with my parents' property when this was vacated upon them both going into care. They assisted me with every aspect of the electrical, plumbing and other requirements which had to be arranged by me at a distance, as I do not live locally to the property. I've used Brenden Fern twice in the last couple of months to do some renovations on my home. Chris always helpful in managing the work, but the real stars are the tradesmen who clearly take a lot of pride in their work. Quality of work is first class and I will have no hesitation in using them again. If looking to use them ask for Fraser and Mick, they won't let you down.

5 stars is not quite enough for the service my mum received from Brenden Fern. She called on the Tuesday to enquire about a plumber, the lady on the phone was so helpful and professional. A plumber was dispatched the same day, told to expect him around dinner time and 12.10 he arrived. He was clear and precise in his explanation of what he would do, this had already been explained on the phone but was very reassuring given the climate. The plumber was quick and efficient, taking great care with my mums property and the guidelines put in place. Very very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I've used Brenden Fern for a few years with my rental property, for plumbing jobs, after a recommendation from my uncle, who's a retired plumber. They were able to fix a minor issue of an air block, which another company had said the entire heating system needed replacing. So I trust them to do jobs properly and not try to make as much money as possible. Since then, I've had them do many tasks, including installing gas cookers, gas boilers (and associated building work) and I've never had any issues with any of the work they've done.

I've used Brendan Fern Ltd. 4 times this year for my home renovations and in previous years for smaller plumbing and boiler repairs. New kitchen, new bathroom and new boiler installation all completed and new en-suite due to commence soon. The project manager is excellent in seeing through all works from pre-start visit ensuring satisfaction with designs, fixtures & fittings, monitoring progression of the works on a daily basis ensuring high standards of workmanship at all times, through to final sign off to ensure total customer satisfaction. The installers are all very friendly, careful and tidy in their work which instils trust when people are working in your home. Any problems or changes were dealt with promptly and without any issue. I have and will continue to highly recommend this company for any work whether large or small.

Fitted our boiler about 8 years ago and serviced it annually since, so there was no question as to who we would contact to remove our gas fire and cap the pipe off. Fitter came and was very helpful, job was bigger than he expected and he wasn't originally down to do the job but the other guy was stuck on another job and he steeped in, did a great job and we will continue to use Brendan Fern for our boiler servicing for as long as we have a boiler, highly recommended

I had our annual boiler and gas fires service on 12th March. The young gas engineer, Patrick, made a great impression through his efficient and patient manner, being thorough and keen to tidy-up.
