Amy Keatman sold my property in Alsagers Bank, Amy made everything really straight forward and easy and managed to get a buyer within a week of me contacting her, this was also with the added complications of me having tenants in the property that she contacted directly and made all relevant arrangements. Hayley played a significant role in speeding up the buying process. Solicitors, like any business, take a while to communicate anything. Hayley acted as a conduit between me and the seller, allowing both of us to provide requested documentation within hours of being requested. Excellent help and can't recommend her enough. My only gripe with BJB is the viewing times, as a standard 9-5 working man I was only able to view on weekends, which can sometimes mean the perfect house is taken before I could even view it. Having a part time viewing assisting would help, in particular for the evening hours.
