Firstly, absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. We cannot fault Carter's one bit. Gemma initially came out to value our home and brought the photographer with her and two days later it was on the market. All communication was very easy as there is a portal they put you on so you can keep track of everything. all viewings and feedback is provided on there. Sarah constantly kept us up to date and was always on the other end of the phone or email if you needed anything. No matter how small it was she would be there to answer your questions with good honest advice. Paul is always there for you also, we use Paul as our mortgage advisor. nothing is ever too much trouble for Paul and we couldn't ask for a better honest guy. We both just want to thank all of you for everything you have done for us and we look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you so much. Nathan and Phil :)

Amazing, above and beyond expectations, by far the best estate agents in the area….. and during our search for a property we unfortunately had to deal with the rest! We were not sure if we wanted to sell our home, but Carters made the whole process so easy, there is no pushy sales pitch, just an honest valuation, None of this 14 week contract tie in like other agents, no tricky percentage fees to work out or hidden costs, just a great value fixed cost service that really left us in control as the seller. Gemma came out to value our property and we were instantly put at ease and given everything we needed to make an informed choice about marketing our property. Selling a property can be stressful, but the team at Carters were really supportive, Sarah kept us updated on our sales progression throughout the process and has been able to provide useful advice where we have really needed it, chasing my solicitor hasn’t even crossed my mind, as Sarah has often had the updates and passed them on before the solicitor has had chance to to contact us! The communication has been absolutely fantastic, we have been respected and valued as customers and the service has been so personal. They were just a phone call or email away. We’re not experts at house buying and selling, but there has never been a silly question or anything we haven’t felt like we could ask, there’s no judgment, just good honest advice. Well done Team Carters, you’ve done an amazing job and we will always recommend you.

My parents both sadly passed away far too soon and I made the hard decision to look to sell the bungalow which had been in the family for 33 years. Having never sold a house before, I found the staff at Carters to be exceptionally helpful and they guided me through the whole process from beginning to end. The staff are exceptionally responsive and very friendly, I also had feedback from the buyer to say from their perspective they also went the extra mile. I think Carters represents excellent value for money compared to most in the market and despite being relatively new as an estate agent, they've got considerable experience from their mortgage brokering background, I think the cross-the-board 5 star reviews they've had should speak for themselves and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Best estate agents by far. We asked Carters to come out to give us a valuation and were fabulous from that point onwards. The valuation completely pressure free and Gemma was lovely. From there the photos and going on the market were done really efficiently, our house sold super quick and Sam was always on hand giving us weekly updates and more than happy to take the time to answer any questions we had, the online system they have to keep you updated about changes in the sale is really a step ahead and meant we knew about any updates on our sale progression straight away. Overall we were really happy with these guys and would 100% recommend them.

We recently decided to move house (1st time in 20 years) and had not got much idea about the process, costs etc. I contacted Carters as the house we were interested in was marketed by them. They arranged a viewing very quickly and also asked them to value our house. Gemma carried out the valuation and explained the whole process and costs in a very friendly and professional manner. We had compared two others and the overall deal from Carters was a lot better. (Approx £200-£400 less) We received a weekly update on progress by Samantha and she continually kept in touch with everyone in the chain and also our solicitors. We are now happily in our new home and cannot thank everyone at Carters for making the whole process as stress free as possible. Highly recommended by one very happy client.

I want to say what an absolute delight working with Carters and Sam as our estate agent - the company and Sam were amazing from start to finish and all the little things in between.
