The sale of our property was a long drawn out process due to having a purchase fall through on us at the same time. Along with this and my neediness, this did not affect there attitude towards me, never felt like i was too much trouble and there bespoke service is very prevalent. Every time i contacted them it didn't matter which member of staff i dealt with, they all knew how things were progressing and where things were at with the sale. Also did everything they could to try and find us another property to purchase based on the criteria provided. Very personal, bespoke service provided throughout.
