I recently used EweMove Leek for a house sale. Throughout the whole lengthy process Chris and his team were on hand to offer advice and guidance. Our sale turned out to be quite challenging, but Chris and his team could not have been anymore helpful. We were kept up to date through the process and they remained professional throughout. They are not the standard 9-5, Monday - Friday operation. Chris often called me after work and was available whenever I needed him. Steph handled our sale/buyer. She did an amazing job given the challenging situation. Always positive and ready to help. Always returned our calls. The perfect person for the job.

Having rented around the UK over the past 5 years due to work commitments, we have dealt with several different real estate agencies. Chris, Daniel and the team at EweMove Leek have been by far the most outstanding we have encountered. From the outset the team were able to provide a live remote walkthrough of the property, answering our questions as they walked us around. We thought this was fantastic as so many other agencies just want your details, these guys stepped up and beyond. After moving in, well the very first night our new alarm system went off for well over an hour, without any idea of how to turn it off, we texted Chris and to our surprise not only did he respond, but he also actually came out to the property of 12:30am and helped us turn it off so we and our new neighbours could finally get some sleep. The next morning true to his word, an electrician was at our door at 9am and the issue was promptly fixed. After a change in circumstances a quick sale was required of my property. Chris and Dan attended the address on Sunday 22nd December, when the majority of estate agents were closed for the Christmas period may I add, and had it advertised on all of the relevant portals by COB the very same day. Viewings were completed by Chris on Christmas Eve and not only was the property sold by COB 27th December but thanks to their negotiations skills it also achieved above the asking price. The pictures were of an exemplary standard and definitely helped to promote the positive features of my home. I want to thank Chris and Dan for going above and beyond at a time of year when a lot of estate agents are not even open. I can not recommend them enough to any future sellers.

Wow... Truly a 7 star service! If Chris and Dan were in the hotel business their service would be truly 7 star. When asked to take over the running our rental property Chris and Dan gave us lots of their time to ensure we felt confident and happy with the approach. If Carlsberg made Estate Agents.... Chris and Dan Walthall are not what I would class as estate agents, they are wordsmiths, photographers, advisors, councillors, and professionals. Don't mess about with the big high street names who stack houses high to fill thier windows and have little time for thier clients, call Chris and feel instantly at ease in the knowledge that he has years of experience behind him and is available night or day 7 days a week! Now that's real customer service and satisfaction. 😀😀😀 They even put thier own sign up! To keep costs down. It's worth the call just to see them with thier ladder, sign and tools in a thier car! 😂

Since Day 1 i have had amazing communication from Chris (from EweMove). Their property advert & viewing was very detailed and apt (unlike some other agencies), thanks to Josh for answering our questions during viewing.
