From the very beginning when we first viewed our dream home, Sian was very helpful, cheery and was able to answer any questions we had. During the months where we had surveys carried out etc, Sian was very accommodating and would always try her best to make sure there were never delays. Sian was always available to text and would happily explain the process to us when we were uncertain what to expect. Further to this, Sian helped us so much by chasing the other side’s solicitors when things started to go slower.
