We have have been with Keates for nearly 9 years, we purchased the buy to let off of them, tenant in place. Always dealt with Andrew Johnson, very professional, and always responded quickly to any queries etc. We have now sold through Keates and Andrew Johnson once again went beyond to enable the sale to go through and be completed without any problems fast and efficiently. We would definitely recommend Keates.

I recently sold the same property I purchased through Andrew Johnson at Keates with no previous dealings. It was clear he was an honest and decent individual who was knowledgeable and professional about local matters. When returning to him to sell the property some years later....his TV fame found during that period had only improved his management of the sales issues especially when tenanted. He went beyond any other agents abilities and willingness in virtually project managing the sale through dealings with all parties, and guiding me through a better method of selling with less risk, and no extra cost. In over 35 years of property experience I have never had such professional and personal service throughout and beyond 5pm ! He puts all other agents in UK to shame with their inflexibility and uninterested attitude at silly commission rates. It's a pity no other agent I have come across in Staffordshire and Cheshire generally are not as keen and bothered or knowledgeable ! His and his staffs' communication with parties enabled smooth completion in these complicated times !

Very happy with these estate agents. Whenever I have an issue they are happy to help. Had an inspection on my property done today, by a very polite and friendly gentleman, he made sure I was more than happy with this property and was constantly checking that everything was to my satisfaction, also he mentioned that because we'll be needing a larger property shortly then all I need to do is just let them know as they have properties available. Its not very often that estate agents show they care, but he did. They're always polite when you phone them too which is a breath of fresh air when my previous estate agents, Bob gutteridge, were nothing but rude, made you feel like and inconvenience and unhelpful.

Although communications can sometimes be slow with some staff concerning repairs and issues reported via tenants, we found Cheryl Fox to be proactive and supportive with any queries, as well as responding promptly to any emails etc. A major issue with our tenant was resolved very quickly by Cheryl and we were reimbursed promptly.
