Ok where do I start ? I was in a strange place in my life and needed a roof over my head. Weeks of looking online and looking at countless properties led me to Leaders in Hartshill . from the moment I opened the door ( very scruffy in appearance) I was met by a warm welcome by Emily. I explained my sad story and the service I received was second to none. attentive, searching but relevant questions culminated in my having a video sent later that day , organising a viewing and finally moving in all within a week . I can not praise the girls in the office enough , teething questions and faults are dealt with professionally and swiftly. If you considering moving , renting , selling .I strongly recommend . Dave.

The ladies at leaders are amazing especially Fracesca and Lydia. They went above and beyond to makesure I could move in to the place i wanted to rent in time. With covid the landlord was let down by people who were doing work and leaders arranged it all, so I could still move in on time. If I ever move again I would only use leaders, but the house I currently rent from them is perfect. Thank you

Jo and Lydia at Leaders had been great help from start to finish. Issues with the property have not been looked into still eg mould in the boiler casing, leaking water works throughout the premises for £800 per month for the property I wouldn't expect to have to chase these things up
