Every problem that’s come up has been handled swiftly and effectively by Nicholas Humphrey’s. They have great housing for students at a very affordable price. The houses are well maintained for arriving tenants and there’s been no big issues throughout the duration of our tenancy and Tom has been an absolute pleasure of a landlord

The best service at the best price! I live 2 hours away from Stoke on trent and as a landlord that likes to takes their duty of care seriously, I am greatful that I chose to use NH, I am duly informed of any issues and this often comes with a resolution. Therefore I know they are on the case so I can have peace of mind. I get better service from the team there then I do from other agencies where I pay a premium for a supposedly no nonsense service. I used NH to manage a house in Stoke for the best part of 3 years. For most of that time it was fully let to students despite not being in the best student area. I can't recommend Becky and Rob highly enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues promptly and efficiently, making the whole process hassle-free for me as someone based in London.
