As we all know moving house is one of the most stressful things we can do. A home is probably the most valuable asset most of us will ever have so selling it is a responsibility most would rather not face alone. Therefore, the first thing to do is find an estate agent with whom to share the burden. I have to admit I hadn't had the best experience with the first agent I chose. They were very well known and long established in my area and so I thought I would be in safe hands but, unfortunately, their input was lack-luster at best......and then I spoke with Liz at Quality Estate Agents. I have rarely come across such a knowledgeable and professional individual who truly cares about the client experience and not just the bottom line. I was unlucky that two sales fell through before finally finding my buyer. The sales failed for no other reason than that the buyers had a change of heart, Liz had done a thorough job of verifying offers before we agreed terms. It was during these disappointments that I really came to appreciate Liz. She never faltered, stayed upbeat, got to work and secured another buyer within days but, more importantly she made sure I did not lose hope and kept positive. She is tenacious, professional and personable , kept me informed and communicated regularly and went above and beyond what I had reasonably expected of my estate agent. I cannot rate her highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with the service provided by Liz at Quality Estate Agents, when I went for a viewing. She was very nice and professional. She let me take as much time I needed to look at the property and then she explained everything clearly, in an approachable and honest way. I think it was an outstanding service compared to other agents I've dealt with, who just basically let you in the house and know nothing about the property. Highly recommended!

Well it’s the easiest, 5 star review I have ever given! Simply put I made contact with Lizzie who arranged to come and view/ value my property. She followed up the visit which others didn’t and when discussed what I wanted nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted the listing to be finished and live online she stayed late at work to ensure it was done. The photos, write up and layout of the images all excellent and went hand in hand with the interactive 360 virtual viewing. This lead to lots of enquiries and viewings followed the next day We felt safe leaving our home in Lizzies hands while she showed potential buyers round. Having a property with a mine shaft entry within 20mtrs of my Property my previous estate agent had told me that my property no longer met the requirements of a normal residential and the best thing to do was to send my property to an auction! i had only lived in the property just over 2yrs and had add no issues of this nature when purchasing it. Having spoke to both Liz and her Dad they were very reassuring and offered excellent advise and devised a plan ready to re market my property offering the best way forward to both myself and future buyers. The complete package was excellent and we had lots of viewings booked which lead to 5 offers of the asking price and above. The chosen purchaser was well informed of all possible issues regarding the mine shaft and was provided with all relevant coal mining reports giving him total reassurance that with the correct lender there would be no issue. Liz was very good with communication all the way through and i felt very reassured that i was in safe professional hands. I am so glad to have used this company of recommendation from a friend of mine who was also very happy with the service.

Highly recommended! As a landlord choosing the correct agent is very difficult especially in a new town. Quality Estate Agents however have been nothing short of superb. Both Elizabeth & Alex have been the most helpful in dealing with all cost effective maintenance issues, refurbishment, providing reassurance and securing a tenant within weeks! Myself and my partner moved to the stoke area recently and managed to rent out a lovely 2 bed with these guys and they have been absolutely amazing! So kind and lovely to chat with, after being turned down by what felt like every other estate agent in Stoke due to me not having started my job yet. It wasn’t even a problem with Liz & the team. We got the keys really quickly and everything was finalised in about 2-3 days compared to the usual 2-4 weeks! When we moved in the house needed some TLC and we’ve been able to paint and hang pictures and make it into a real loving home, every problem we’ve ever had here has been dealt with instantly with their great online maintain booking system! The most amazing experience was a few weeks ago our boiler had stopped working quite late and I rang as it was emergency with their being snow and freezing temperatures, he the gentleman that answered the phone couldn’t call anyone out as it was too late so instead he got on the phone to the plumber and watched a few YouTube videos himself and talked me though step by step how to reset and refill the boiler water pressure! This is amazing as it was really cold and if he hadn’t have done that we’d have gone all night with no heating or hot water in 1 - -3° temperatures! Outstanding experience we’ve already agreed to stay here in this property for as long as we can, just down to the experience we’ve had with the agents. We’re just very appreciative of everything they have done for us, including answering all the messages and texts and calls, even if it was late and always being so kind and lovely! 10000% recommend these to anyone and I already have been doing!
