I contacted a couple of estate agents to sell my property, however Tom and the team felt right too me. Tom was confident that the he could sell the property in a week which he did. There were 3 offers on the table and Tom was able to advise who he thought would be more suitable, which means a lot as I didn't meet any of the viewers. Tom was always on the end of the phone which instilled confidence in the whole process and led to a stress free sale. Would 100% recommend the Team.

We previously had our house on the market with other agents and didn't get any offers on our house in Leek. We contacted the Reeds Rains Hanley branch who sent out their Branch manager Tom. He arrived at our house prepared with a list of similar properties in our area and pin pointed the selling price and the strategy. He assured us we would sell the house in one week. This was not something we believed after previous attempts to sell it. How wrong we were. Tom had potential and screened clients lined up and held a viewing day and evening we sold the house within 1 week and 10k over the asking price. The office were always helpful, and reassuring and helped with all of the questions and administration. Don't take my word for it , give them a try like we did and we couldn't have been happier. I was really impressed with Sarah Perry and the Reeds Rains Hanley team's work in selling my apartment. We experienced a number of delays and problems with conveyancing (i.e. the solicitors) but Sarah and her colleagues kept pushing for our sale and was instrumental in keeping things together when we ran into difficulty (for reasons outside of our control). Would highly recommend Reeds Rains, they were quick to find interested viewers and in finding a buyer for my apartment, and kept things together when we ran into problems with a specific solicitor (going beyond the usual role of an estate agent). Would use Reeds Rains again!

I have used this branch for the last year and found all the staff to be very helpful and polite. They are very professional. I was impressed with Lee when I first used them. Due to his warm and friendly nature I developed a good rapport with all the staff. When I first arrived in the area this branch stood out amongst all of the others! I am equally impressed with Abbey on lettings and Carla. Within one week Abbey found me a tenant who paid up front for six months. Twice she managed to maintain this. However, on a slightly down side the last room in my first property took much longer than I expected to rent which was a bit disappointing. I now have another property that is ready and I am hoping that I can have all the rooms filled within 4 weeks of advertising. I am hoping that they can achieve my expectations.
