I don’t know where to start when I think of the entirely positive experience I have had with Astleys. Initially I phoned to view a property I had seen this time last year while out walking. This property had just sold and Astleys could have left it at that and hung up the phone. Instead I had a detailed briefing of all I needed to do to buy and sell a property during a pandemic. Not having gone down this road for many years I was impressed with the attention to detail over the phone. I was only told my options and was not pressured in anyway. With this in mind I knew Astleys would take me forward to my new home. First contact in this case really counted for me. Astleys attended and valued with no pressure and with a short time my house was up for sale. Within a very short time the advert was online looking sharp and professional. The house sold immediately and I have Astleys to thank. Then I bought a house with Astleys and this is where I have to commend them again. From the very start of this process the team were there with me for every little detail. I simply can’t fault them at all. Any issue I had and they were always there for me regardless. They would get everything sorted and get back to me all the time. This moving is a very stressful thing for many people and Astleys managed to keep all aspects of that to an absolute minimum. I can't thank the team enough, I've never had better service. Personal thanks to Sara for being the living definition of above and beyond. Special thanks to Janine and Christine for all my conversations, help and advice. Finally a massive thanks to the entire team. They know their stuff and get the job done.
