Sarah Hewitt has been extremely helpful during the past few months. We are waiting for our vendors to secure an assisted living home so its taking longer than usual to purchase our house. She has kept us fully informed at all times and communicated really well with the vendors. She is friendly, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. She is also professional and very knowledgeable, answering several questions regarding searches etc.

Sarah Hewitt was very friendly, and efficient. To give one bit of constructive feedback, I felt at times that email responses were to brief - often skipping over questions I had asked. As a relatively inexperienced buyer, I would have appreciated a little more time taken to answer my questions in full, leaning toward informative vs. ruthlessly efficient. I guess this is due to the volume of enquiries - but from a customer perspective, it certainly felt that way at times. Aside from that, no complaints, as I feel the buyer & seller got the result we wanted, facilitated well by Dawsons. :)

The only estate agent who cared. We were moving to Swansea to be near our Son daughter-in-law and our grandchildren. We were six weeks into a purchase when the vendor pulled out. We obviously didn't want to loose our buyer and needed to secure another property very quickly we begun the ring round of estate agents. Sarah Hewitt was the only one who listened to us went out of her way to find a property, ring the vendor to discuss offers as it was out of budget before we had viewed, arranged a viewing to suit us as we had a 400 mile round trip, followed up and secured the property for us. From a very dark situation Sarah was our golden light and she will never know how much her kindness are her caring got us both through.

Has been an overwhelmingly positive experience with Dawsons from the point of having a valuation on our home which was fair and appropriate (we had a gross underestimate from another agent).
