We are a property investment Company and have used Fresh since 2020. Our experience if the letting team there is first class, always available by phone or email and very helpful and open with queries and questions. We have used a few of their letting services such as Full Management down to just Finders Fee both are reasonable v.competitive prices. We find their referencing process is particularly good if give we have peace of mind that the right tenant is selected for each of our properties. Matthew and his team were very professional and acted promptly from the start of the agreement. I had previously had tthe property for sale with Dawson's at Sketty, who were frankly disappointing throughout the time period the property was on the market with them. Fresh were much better and from day 1 to now and have really not put a foot wrong. Photo's, Advertisements, Communication, higher number of viewings, overall enthusiasm of staff etc. has been top class. e.g. I have received a phone call immediately after every viewing; at Dawson's I had to chase them every time there was a viewing, to see how the viewing went, so customer service far better with Fresh. Matthew and his team delivered what Matthew promised me he would, by selling the property quickly and delivering excellent customer service and communication throughout, and......i'm very hard to please and don't give praise lightly! I would recommend Fresh Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell their property. I currently rent a 4 bed property in Dunvant off you and have done since September 2020. Staff are always polite and professional but jobs are slow to get done and some of the issues at the property pre date me and my kids actually moving in 18 months ago, contractor promises to get things sorted telling myself and Alicia but then goes weeks of no communication until I chase things again. One of the most serious issues that pre dates us is a cracked balcony door window that scares me with the kids as if they knock into it and breaks away will cause serious injuries. I know Alicia has chased this many a time and neither her or myself seem to get anyway. Maybe using a different contractor if other is too busy may be a solution. I want to give more star rating but sadly because of unresolved over many months at present I can not do this. But please rest assured the staff are always lovely and try but need more assistance now. I think the owners response is very unprofessional and it also reflects you as an agent because it is for you to chase and not me as a tenant. As a business owner myself I suggest you respond in a more professional manner and not on the offensive and with your assistance will gladly alter my review. To be honest with the owners response I am.in a mind to change to 2 star but I won't because I am hoping I will have a much more professional response in future

I would personally say that over the four years renting with Fresh there have been some ups and downs. My partner and I had several property managers during our tenancy, and haven't always had the best experience. Having said that, I would like to make a special mention to Rebecca, who has been fantastic throughout the latter part of our tenancy. Always responded to emails promptly, and did everything she could to help us with any issues that we had. Always an inviting atmosphere in the office, and a friendly manner over the phone.

I have been with Fresh for three years, these three years gave me an opportunity to discover and take part in the "Fresh Approach" they promised me when I originally signed up and entrusted them with my flat and its safety. Throughout three years I acquired sufficient knowledge about the methods, attitude and intentions Fresh deploy in looking after my most precious and important possession - my flat and its future. To my great relief and satisfaction Fresh have lived up to their promise of respecting my property,myself, my interests and, very importantly, my tenants. The fact that they did not deviate or invalidate their Fresh Approach commitment to myself, my flat and my tenants - gives me very well founded confidence to provide this google review based on three years of evidence, proof and learning of what Fresh are all about. Communication is the key point for me, Fresh keep communications good and regular. I live a long distance away so the team at Fresh make sure they act in my best interest financially when negotiating with third pirates on my behalf: plumbers, engineers. They do their best to find the most suitable contractor for my flat and my budget. And, whilst doing this they keep the tenants' wishes, convenience and most importantly their safety at the forefront of all their actions. Through these years I have encountered different methods and approaches Fresh utilised in communicating with us - clients, and found the latest method - a team centered, team led approach most practicable and reliable. In the past I have benefited from a single agent and landlord partnering approach when one particular team member was in charge of my flat and everything relating to it. Since, Covid 19 I have received the team led approach when I can liaise and communicate with any member of the team and don't have to wait until my assigned agent is available. The team led approach gave me the reassurance I needed that if my assigned agent is unavailable I am still in the safe hands of the whole team. I had a chance to encounter more than one agent, their skill and delivery. I found out that the company seems to employ only reliable and personable staff. Everyone I have encountered has been professional, extremely helpful and efficient. This also means that nothing is left unanswered or unaddressed, because as soon as there was an uncertainty or confusion the director emailed me to put my mind at rest, without me even asking for it - this saved so much time and uncertainty. I realised that Fresh have the ability to put themselves into the shoes of their customers, which gives them that ability to relate, understand and take the correct decisions based on the client's unique circumstances. Fresh are never at any stage pushy or condescending they, never make educated guess but always pay strong attention to storing and documenting details. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and deploy their knowledge and expertise for the good of their clients. I found that Fresh are very flexible, open minded, never over promise but deliver exactly what they promise in their contract. I know I can trust Dean, Rob, Claire, Rebecca, because they have demonstrated they respect and value their Fresh Approach and will do their best to make it work for me as long as I remain their customer. Personal Property Manager is a very well established feature of Fresh Business which has been most useful and beneficial for me and my property. Rob has been managing my property for the last 18 months and his high standard and professionalism shines through his work. Rob has proved to me that my flat and its occupants are in genuinely caring hands. Rob has the ability to assess every situation very objectively as well as see the issue from my own personal view point. He always tries to step into my shoes and provide the most favorable solution. Throughout these months he took every opportunity to learn what my expectations and priorities are. He never stops learning and listening to whatever I have to raise, because successful property management is based on the relationship of trust and impeccable communication. He always goes far and beyond his job description and does everything to bring about the outcome that is favorable to me and the tenants. I know that things will not always be easy or plain sailing and sometimes finding the suitable solution involves prolonged discussion and communication, which is never a stumbling block for Rob. I know that I can fully trust him and his thinking. I know that it may take some time but he will do everything to support me. He is never tired of communicating and explaining. Rob always replies immediately when there is an urgent issue. If his reply is not immediate, I know that he needs to research and get back to me. He knows exactly what is best for me, and I fully trust his opinion, he negotiates on my behalf with different contractors and never gives me an unverified answer. His reply is always based on evidence, feedback and experience. He has volumes of experience, but never imposes his knowledge or patronizes, he is very humble, compassionate with the ability to feel another's difficulties. He has no preconceptions but accepts my suggestions with open arms and mind and often brings it into action . The knowledge that I can trust him has brought me great relief in knowing that Rob's advice is something I can rely on and learn from and don't need to double check it again independently. I have learnt that I can approach Rob with any trivial or major issue and he will not let me, my property or my tenants down. After these 18 months of Rob being my personal property manager I came to understand that the successful outcome is deeply rooted in Rob's ability to listen, understand and provide adequate response; he never gives default answers, false or inflated promises. No issue is too small or too big for Rob, and for me, I know that the road which is paved with trust will always deliver the best outcome for the tenants, property and myself.

Written form perspective of a student Main reason to go with them was the admin & rent price, much lower than others First impression wasn't great, was given wrong keys (had to walk back to agency to get correct ones), bills didn’t quite get set up correctly, and house wasn’t quite cleaned up to the standard other agencies with higher admin, deposit and rent costs have (although I have seen the same cleaning up from some other agencies with higher costs). Things have improved a bit over time, and also we got assigned new property manager (Alun) who did a better job. There were a few issues with the house, which did get sorted by the landlord/agency, however those issues were not sorted in quite the time we would have liked, although we did keep in mind the low rent+admin price we were paying. Deposit did get returned within the timeframe specified (30 days) so no problem there. Keeping the low admin+rent costs in mind, 4/5 stars

Have used fresh for several years letting my properties. They have been top notch , letting in over saturated area, where other letting agents have failed to let properties. They appointed one person to manage property ,which works very well . not like other agents I have used , when you phone with a query , the staff don't know what your talking about ,as they are unsure who dealt with the problem. They are on the ball with Contacting you , about a tenants problem, getting it resolved quickly ,keeping tenant happy. I have also put a property up for sale with them, they were also very professional , knowing the market well on pricing and keeping you well informed on viewings.recommending things to help with sale . When first with the letting company (as a student tenant) we had many issues at the property including broken plugs, a broken bed and even a faulty boiler. The property manager was absolutely rubbish and it took them over 3 weeks to solve any minor problem we had. However, after complaining to the manager a different property manager was assigned to our house. Problems still arose like any other student property but the new manager was clearly more competent and solved the problems within 24 hours even when the problems were significant- almost unheard of with student letting companies! Not only was the new property manager amazing at her job, she was also more friendly, helpful and welcoming whenever problems were brought up. It is extremely nice as a student to be talked to like an adult and get a decent service when you are paying for it! As for the people who had problems and give lower reviews, I recommend getting the company manager involved (obviously a stern word can sort people out). I would have given a full 5 stars if it weren't for the problems that we had at the beginning of our tenancy but overall a brilliant service when the right people are involved!

Initially had problems signing a tenancy agreement as the house we were interested in was signed by someone else without them telling us. Property we are in now is old and has problems, but Fresh have managed to sort out the majority of these quickly (some are out of their control and up to the landlord..). Staff are friendly and helpful, in particular James. Mixed experience with them. Communication is often slow and misinformed.
