I would like to thank 3 people in particular who made both my husbands and my sale of buying our beautiful new property absolutely flawless. Karen - branch manager Rachel - sales Negotiator Dylan - Sales Negotiator Between them everything from beginning to end was superb. Whenever I rang for a question they answered it either immediately or got back to us quickly. They are not only highly professional & knowledgeable. But also polite, and go above and beyond what their Job description would be. I can't thank them all enough. We also received a beautiful home movers gift box which was very kind. We highly recommend anyone buying a home to go to John Francis Pontardawe.

Recently bought house through John Francis Pontardawe and agents were great with all the procedures but sometimes updates were not as quick as I would have hoped. I had to ring the office to get updates but this could be due to the extreme business in the market currently. Overall good estate agents.

Recently bought our home through John Francis in Pontardawe, and have bithing but praise for all of the staff who work in the branch. Every phonecall and email was answered with professionalism and friendliness even when we had some problems with our solicitors, and we were made to feel welcome with every communication. I recently sold my house and bought a property with the Pontardawe Branch so I have seen both sides of the process ......selling my house went smooth but alas buying a property in need of a major refurb took a bit of work due to one of the sellers living overseas and with all the time difference and bad phone lines alot of communication issues , but I have to say the professional standards of the office was superb and kept me informed throughout the difficulties and thus securing my home . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but special mention to Kayley who was excellent above and beyond what I would expect . So thanks again girls and Rhys and I shall see you all again soon when I'll be buying.
