Unusual feedback here, stay with me - I’ve recently sold my house to a private seller so I did not need an agent. However, i did need a valuation. I contacted Melanie and explained that I did not need her to handle my sale but would like a valuation. Within less than 12 hours Melanie sent me a thorough report of similar houses to mine which had sold in the area and advised me on a sale price. This is an example of how Melanie goes the extra mile. I contacted Melanie as I was thinking of selling. She came round to see us and I was immediately impressed with both with her understanding of our situation and friendly professional style. Unlike many estate agents I have used over the years she took the time to understand what we were looking to achieve and suggested how we could make it work for us. It felt like a really personal service. 2 days later our property was on the market and less than 2 weeks later we had a buyer! I'll post another review of the post offer service but I'm very confident that it will be just as good and that she will be able to see it through to completion.
