Highly recommend their service. Our portfolio was in a terrible mess when managed by a larger letting agent with deposits missing, high rental arrears and questionable maintenance charges. Morgan Jones took over management and have had our properties for the last 10 years . Their team has been extremely responsive and transparent and have finally made property a passive investment for us. The savings on the maintenance charges alone have made us more profitable too.

I expected the renting process during COVID-19 to be really slow and exhausting from what my friends told me when dealing with other estate agents, however, I did not have that experience with Richard from Morgan Jones Estates & Lettings.
