Jade gave us total attention, put us completely at ease and we warmed up to her and it made talking very easy. She is very accomplished , an excellent listener and is a Star. I recently rented a property in Mayals through Peter Alan, Swansea. I have had wonderful customer service from Nadine Hardy. I was unsure about some aspects of the tenancy agreement but Nadine negotiated terms with the landlord which convinced me to go ahead. Nadine has been very professional, friendly and approachable and I recommend her to landlords and tenants in the area. This is my first time renting through Peter Alan but I will certainly use them again in the future.

I had been a customer of Peter Allen for more than 5 year. They have been extremely professional and doing their job at excellence. In particular, Jasmin who works in the Swansea marina branch was incredibly one of the best people I met during my stay in Swansea both personally and professionally. I highly recommend using the Peter Alan branch in Swansea. Everyone that works there has been so helpful and professional in my dealings with them over the last couple of months. My girlfriend had used Peter Alan previously for mortgage advice. As she had used the company before, this meant that she has lifetime use of their mortgage advisors. I personally had never used a mortgage advisor before so I didn’t know what to expect. We went into the branch and was introduced to Mark (the branch mortgage advisor). Mark has been so helpful in providing us with the best options tailored to what we were after. He has kept us up to date with everything as we’ve gone along and we feel he has gone above and beyond in helping us find the right mortgage for us. The professionalism and customer service has been second to none. I am currently getting a second property with the intention of renting my previous property. As Peter Alan have been so helpful with dealing with everything so far I decided to have a talk with Tom (the lettings manager) in branch with regards to this property. Tom has been great in providing me the information that I needed and was kind enough to provide a lower rate as I have had lots of dealings with the company. The service that I have had from the Swansea Peter Alan branch has been so good that if I need to use an estate agents again in the future, I will definitely be going with them. I would like to personally thank Mark and Tom who, quite frankly have been a pleasure to have dealings with.

Jo and her team have restored our faith in Estate Agents, we definitely recommend! After putting our property on the market with two other well known agents, this is the best service we have received yet! We are yet to agree a sale but the service from the very start has been excellent, we have been kept up to date with viewings times and always receive feedback. Went the extra mile. I was in the U.S and wanted somewhere sorted for when I came back to the U.K. I was struggling to find somewhere as everyone was saying I had to view the properties first. When I contacted Peter Alan and explained this to James, he was more than willing to sort out a video viewing for me so I could see the property while still in the U.S. This saved me a lot of stress and was one of example of the effort that was put in to help me find somewhere and get it sorted quickly and efficiently.
