I recently had a fantastic experience dealing with Peter Alan for renting a property. Liam Pritchard was taking care of handling the property rent and he was very friendly, supportive and most importantly, extremely professional. Finding a place at a totally new place is indeed, very challenging and stressful. Many thanks to Liam in particular and the rest of the team, the process went smoothly. The service we received from the Swansea Marina branch was first class. From the start of the letting process to finish we were kept fully informed. Nadine Hardy (Lettings Manager) is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. Once we had decided to let the property she was straight into action to secure a tenant and achieved this within 24 hours. She had even acquired a reserve list in case there was a 'hiccup' on the journey. On each occasion we visited the Marina Office both Nadine and Yasmin were most welcoming even though they were always busy. We were in doubt whether the oven was working perfectly and in a matter of hours Yasmin had arranged for a tradesman to visit who checked the appliance. Looking forward to working in close partnership with Peter Alan's Marina colleagues in the future. We would strongly recommend the above personnel to any person who wishes to let a property.
