R. R.Thank you so much to Corey for his amazing, efficient and friendly customer service! He has been with us from start to finish! Corey went above and beyond, he gave us advice, picked up the phone even late in the evening, we experienced some delays with our solicitors but Corey liased with both sides, chased them up etc even though his job up until the offer acceptance had finished by this point, nothing was ever too much! He would get answers for us right away and keep us informed of any developments regularly! If it wasn't for him we'd still be waiting for the house! thanks again we would definitely use again in the future, 5 star rating from us!!!

S. B.Disappointing admittedly not all their fault but the experience wasn't the best. They are offering properties that landlords charge their minds about renting so I think they need to be more rigorous about making sure the landlord is serious about renting the property before waisting people's time hopefully there was a financial penalty for this landlord. Offering properties that were not vacant for months so I think they need more knowledge about the properties before Offering them, they just need to be more professional.
On the positive they are easy to communicate with very responsive to emails. Always kept in touch and were very approachable.
So I would say everything thing taken into account they are average not the best but not the worst.
