I chose Laura to manage the rental of my house because I was SO impressed with her when she showed me a house to buy. She was there before me. Greeted my on the drive. She had turned on lights, opened windows and prepared the house for the viewing. She knew everything about it. I have used 7 estate agents, between Surrey and Swansea and Laura was BY FAR the most professional. You would not be disappointed. She now manages my rental home with some fabulous Tennant's that she vetted herself. They are streets ahead of any of the big agencies around. Thank you ladies.

I have a couple of rental properties and heard about Laura via 'word of mouth' which I often find is a credible and reliable source method. I have to say I'm more than happy with the professional and knowledgeable manner in which business is conducted. Approachable and affable but importantly for me is that it really takes the stress out of what can potentially be a minefield with legal repercussions. Also most pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and methods utilised when vetting potential tenants. Evidently there is a vast experience which inspires confidence that work is carried out to the letter Renting out property is muti faceted and I don't have the time or inclination to attend to it myself! Best leave it to the professionals.

(and I've used a LOT of agents) yes I have used other agents in the past in Swansea, but only when they were working there.... when they moved, so did I. I believe people make the service, and so when the good people move I follow them. I really don't recognise some of the negative comments here, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
