New to the buy to let market in Swindon, Charles Harding was super helpful explaining the market and all the options available to us. We then were shown properties in several places so we could get a feel for the different areas. Since buying a property we now use their fully managed letting services which has been great.

Been renting via Charles Harding for two years and in general they have been good. Few things over the years such as maintenance however they now have an online reporting system which seems to be better. My landlord seems to not want to do any work to the property and there is still some outstanding issues.

Rented a property off Charles Harding for over a year, the major negative was that they took 3 weeks to replace a broken fridge rendering the property uninhabitable for that period - however that might be property owner related, they also took over two months to return a deposit due to miscommunication - positively they have now improved their processing so that it does not happen to anybody else
