I would highly recommend McFarlane to anybody selling their house in Swindon. The main man Dom Mullen is an honest, trustworthy guy and won't try and pull the wool over your eyes. He’ll say it how it is. Jo (Sales Progressor) is very thorough, Bradley in the Wood Street Branch went to my house to turn the heating on when I asked and Cam was always courteous showing prospective buyers around the house. The fees are a lot cheaper than competitors in the area. You get the same service (without the BS), without any hidden fees and they do what they say. Highly recommended and if you're selling your house I'd opt for these guys!

I’ve used this company three times now. Once to let my property which was fuss free. Let quickly and only ever got contacted once to ask if a fence panel could be replaced. That house was sold in 2013 and Julian in the Cricklade office dealt with the sale. Julian was utterly professional and it sold within 3 days of listing, good buyers and I was kept well informed throughout so much so that when I sold another of my houses in 2015, I went back to McFarlane’s again and this time my contact was Silvia. I lost the first buyer due to Ill health but a new buyer was already waiting in the wings and again the whole process went through smoothly and without any dramas. Really good professional but friendly staff, nice offices and good client care. Happy to recommend.
