I cannot thank everyone at Minerva enough - hands down the best letting agents I have ever dealt with. I have been a tenant at one of their Highworth properties for over 2 years and have had nothing but excellent service from them - from application to vacating of the property. Any issues I have had with the property (minimal!) have been dealt with immediately, communication has been fantastic throughout and they are a truly kind, caring company that I feel have gone above and beyond what they are obliged to as a letting agent.
In fact I have been so impressed by them that a friend has ended up taking on the property that I am sadly leaving! Cannot recommend enough would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have rented with minerva for many years and moved into a few different homes still having them as the letting agents.

With reference to the recent review from Mr De Matos Rito, I would like to respond as his landlord and also in defence of Minerva Property Management who are my managing agents.
I am appalled and disgusted that such unjustified comments are allowed to be published online.
Firstly, let me say that we are happy that this tenant has finally vacated. The nightmare tenancy comment was correct but it should have said – NIGHTMARE TENANT!!! Minerva responded professionally and quickly to all the little issues of maintenance that were reported by the tenant. We as landlords know there is a duty of care and responsibility to tenants and Minerva kept us up to date with any faults. The boiler was an issue but we spent a lot of money to maintain it.
I am aware that Minerva carried out the contracted 3 monthly inspection visits to the property. They send out letters well in advance and make sure there is ample notice to all tenants regarding these visits.
May I point out that Minerva is a member of various professional bodies and that should a tenant have issues, he or she should contact them, not smear such a professional company over the internet.
Finally, I believe this review is from a disgruntled tenant who had a reduced deposit refunded due to lack of respect for my property.
