C.Sales progression is the key part of Richard James’ service, worth every part of the fee. The marketing and viewings were all handled very well indeed, but it was the determination, grit, honesty and calm professionalism of the sales progressor that got the sale to exchange. Hayley was our most trusted person in the final, tricky weeks of the sale process. She managed to get everyone in the chain back on track when wheels threatened to fall off, liaising with solicitors, agents and buyers with great tact and skill. Thank you.
