I just wanted to pass on our thanks to the branch manager Alex. My partner and I were out for dinner last month and happened to stop with friends to look at properties in the window. We enquired about a house they had as we do have plans to retire here in a few years. Bearing in mind it was well after 7pm on a Friday evening, was surprised to see someone in the office so late. Alex gave us over half hour of his time and was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and shows he is clearly passionate about what he does. Previously sold my flat through Richard James, however through another branch. However this branch was just as good, if not better. My house is in Calne, and they were professional but informative about current market, listened to how we would like it sold. (Having 2 dogs wasn’t easy to keep the place clean every evening for a viewing, so opted for an open day) And they loved the place as much as we did. Images were amazing. Slight issue with floorplan but not their fault but they noticed it and were keen to fix it. Overall, cannot fault Richard James’ amazing staff
