I Just want to say a big thank you to Charlotte for her support and help through the process of buying and moving house. Always so helpful and kind. Belvoir has been absolutely first class in every dealings I’ve had with them. I changed from another letting agency on advice from a mate while we both lived in Germany about 3 and half years ago. The difference has been astronomical. Their inspections are detailed, their care for both my house and importantly my tenants has been above and beyond what I expect, their offer of services across a range of housing issues I’ve had has been phenomenal (nothing a problem to them) and above all I value most their honesty. If you haven’t swapped to Belvoir then do so now, they are a night and day comparison to anyone else I’ve experienced. Simon and his team Sharon, Sue, Tracy, Ruth, Maggie, Sally and Angela are just really good decent first class people. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Belvoir Telford estate and letting agents are the best agent I have come across and dealt with over the years. There aren’t enough nice words in the dictionary to describe them. I found on their website a property for sale that suited my requirement and enquired about it by email over the weekend. To my pleasant surprise, the Managing Director of the company himself (Simon Bell) answered all my queries efficiently and he was polite and friendly. First thing on Monday, I was contacted by the Sale Director Jessica, and Charlotte the Sale Progressor who were both fantastic, friendly polite, courteous and very prompt in their responses (first class service). Within a couple of day, a sale was agreed! Amazing service achieved by super negotiation skills. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my friends, family and the general public. They are an honest, genuine, and friendly agent lead by Mr Simon Bell. A big thank you 😊

I can’t fault the professionalism off the staff at Belvoir. I had an investment property to sell with tenants in situ. Within 48 hours I had an amazing offer. The staff kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Emails and calls were replied to very quickly. Staff all very friendly, knowledgeable and guided me all the way.
