From the moment I engaged with Jen at Foden's I knew I was in good hands, there was an instant trust and reassurance I felt right at initial engagement through to completion. Jen provided excellent communication throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful. Prompt in driving to market and excellent at relaying back offers and talking through all the various options. It was all carried out to the highest of efficiency. I can't rate Foden Estate Agents any higher, if there were more stars they would get them. Professional and friendly service throughout. I am somewhat of a panicker, any issues I had they were just a phone call away and put my mind at rest. Less than an hour after signing the contract to go onto the market our details were on rightmove and by the end of the day our first viewing was booked. We accepted an offer on the property by the end of the week. Negotiations went through the office and they a,ways came back in a timely manner. We got a bit worried while negotiating as we needed to reach a figure to enable our move to go forward. So we went into the office and sat and had a chat about what our options were. We did hit a bit of a stumbling block, nothing to do with fodens but again we were in contact with them to sort it all out and again they were so helpful and made us feel comfortable with the choices we were making. The smooth move scheme they have in operation is really good value and I would highly recommend end this service to anyone too. I will actually be gutted at completion as we are moving out of the area. So will not be able to pop into say hello... they are so welcoming and such a friendly bunch in there. Thank you for all your help. We will always appreciate what you have done for us.
