The staff at Nick Tart were excellent throughout our sale and purchase, they worked with us and the vendors to answer questions and sort issues over the Covid-19 lockdown. We had excellent service from Nick Tart estate agents. They gave us the most realistic selling price and we were able to sell our property relatively quickly. Unfortunately that sale fell through but we sold again on the day it went back on the market. The staff were more than helpful. They were polite, even at moments of meltdown on our part, friendly and very professional. They were always on hand for advice. We often chose to speak to them rather than solicitors to get an update- if they didn’t know the answer they would find out. We have bought and sold quite a few houses in the past and used a number of estate agents around the country. I can safely say that Nick Tart have been the best of the lot. Ours wasn’t an easy sale, whose is!, but Nick Tart went the extra mile for us as I’m sure they do for all their clients.
