Doesn't matter how many times I've dealt with Nick Tart. Claire Roberts is the most professional, personable , kind , polite ,sensitive and supportive person that I have done business with. Even after 2 years away from renting ( Tennant found from Nick Tart) a quick call to Claire and all was sorted.... You cant beat the truth and an honest person. I would like to thank Claire for all her hard work and support.

I've been using Nick Tart for 10 plus years. I'm a landlord from the Kent area and buy and rent back properties to Nick Tart. This way I get the best of both worlds as the lettings team help to advise me on rents achievable, areas to purchase properties in, thus taking the leg work out for me. They liaises with Sales and short list possible properties for me. . They advise me for long term growth, rather than short term financial gains for themselves. They have a brilliant team around them of contractors who are always available and helpful when further advise or explanations are required. The team in the office, well, exceptional comes to mind. Nothing is too much trouble and believe me, I can be a pain with questions and asking for explanations. They always give 110% regardless of the situation. I have currently got 2 other family members using Nick Tart as there preferred agent. That speaks for itself.
